Refund & Returns Policy

• We offer refunds for UK orders and goods must be received by us within 10 calendar days of you receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase).Returns older than 10 calendar days will not be accepted
• We do not cover the delivery cost for returned items and do not provide a return label, at present. We encourage you to use a 'tracked post' method for safe returns
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, stain and scent free. All returned items must contain a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase
• Once goods are received and inspected by us, refunds will be processed within 14 working days 
• Accessories (including jewellery) and sale items are non-returnable 

UK Returns Instructions

In the first instance please send us an email to manajdesigns@gmail.com with the following information;

- Your order number | Item you wish to return | Reason for return  

- Proof of receipt

We must be in receipt of the returned goods within 10 calendar days, from the date that you have received the item, and we recommend that you use a 'tracked post' method. We will only be able to issue a refund once the item is received and inspected by us. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process and for the monies to arrive in your account.

UK Exchanges Policy

• If an item arrives defective or damaged, we can offer an exchange for the same item or another item equal to the cost of the item purchased. Please send us an email to manajdesigns@gmail.com within 5 working days (with picture evidence and proof of purchase/receipt) and we will process your claim

• In the event that an item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we can issue a gift card with the amount which you can redeem on our website
